Provide an input to search (also?) for a common nickname. My real name doesn't appear to be attached to as many profiles as my nickname and the combination of the two ought to hit my entire online presence. This also provides a secondary entry point (instead of starting with fullname) for use with sites that care more about login than full names (forums, several social sites)

If there is Flicr - why not have Picassa too?

Is it possible in the future to search by an interest or job title as would then make a remarkable recruitment tool ?
